(b) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invading another person's privacy, including their physical space; insulting or harassing someone based on their gender; related to or encouraging money laundering or gambling; orotherwise against or in violation of the law;
(c) is harmful to children;
(d) violates any intellectual property such as a patent, copyright, trademark, or others.
(e) knowingly and intentionally communicates any information that is patently false or misleading in nature but may be reasonably interpreted as a fact; deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message;
(f) assumes another person's identity;
(g) threatens India's unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty, as well as friendly relations with other countries and public order. It may also incite people to commitcrimes that are punishable by law, obstruct investigations into crimes, or insult other countries.
(h) contains a computer virus or any other code, file, or program made specifically to prevent, disable, or restrict the use of any computer resource;
(i) is blatantly false and untrue and is written or published in any way with the intention to deceive, harass, or annoy someone for funds or to harm someone;
(j) threatens the public's health or safety; the sale of cigarettes or other tobacco products; the use of intoxicants, such as alcohol; or the use of Electronic Nicotine Delivery System (ENDS) and similar products that allow the delivery of nicotine, unless they are authorized under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act of 1940 and its implementing rules;
(k) critical information infrastructure is in danger; (l) contain false information about the content's place of origin; or (m) otherwise contains offensive material. You acknowledge and accept that TAMIZHKALAM may, but is not obligated to, review User Submissions and may, in its sole and absolute discretion, delete or remove them (without prior notice), whether there is a reason or not. Any content or comments you upload will be governed by applicable Indian laws, and they may be removed or the subject of legal proceedings. TAMIZHKALAM shall have the right to immediately terminate or block your access to and use of the Site if you are found to be in violation of the lawsand rules, these terms, or the website's privacy statement.
TAMIZHKALAM shall also have the right to immediately remove any non-compliant content and or comment that you have uploaded, subject to retaining such information as is necessary to comply with applicable laws and shall further have the right to pursue such remedies.
Additionally, illegal content will be taken down upon notification from a government agency, upon court order, or as mandated by applicable laws. TAMIZHKALAM reserves the right to keep copies of any content it transmits in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
This agreement shall be governed by Indian Laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall only be brought before the courts in Madurai.
